efficient staff underground parking period furniture tea facility absence faulty air conditioning noisy stairs
The staff were very efficient and friendly. I found private underground parking. The hotel kept its decor tasteful with period furniture in common areas.
I found no tea or coffee facilities. Air conditioning did not work. I had to sleep with the window open, and it was noisy outside. The stairs outside my door were noisy. I could hear every word of people next door.

secure parking friendly staff
The breakfast offered a great variety. The private secure parking was definitely a bonus I appreciated. The room had furnishings and decor with magnificent details. The staff were very friendly.
Carpeting in our room really needed a good cleaning. I also saw some wallpaper peeling off.

the location proved convenient with easy access to local shops. the staff were friendly and efficient (i really appreciated their swift service). the room provided a comfortable stay with excellent bedding.
The wifi connection was unreliable. I found it difficult to stay connected. the room decor seemed quite dated. there was some noise from outside during the night, which disrupted sleep.

the room felt a little grimy the carpet had many stains. sanitary facilities seemed quite outdated. warm water only looked in the evening after letting the water run for a long time.

The staffs friendliness shown brightly, especially the gentleman at reception. I found clean rooms offered important amenities. The charming bar presented liquor, wines and beers in cozy atmosphere with reasonable prices.

friendly staff secure parking excellent location classic decor
the staff was friendly and cute i appreciated the secure garage parking for my car the location was excellent close to the port and restaurants the hotel's decor had a classic and timeless feel i found it quite charming
the breakfast could have been better there was no toaster available and the cooked food was only warm
